Dropbox’ interactive brand guidelines, Another Vercel W, Tailwind CSS releases v4.0, and more
Hope you had a great weekend! Here’s this week’s Minty Monday, enjoy!

Another Vercel W
Cloud platform Vercel has been on fire lately. Take the release of AI tool v0, which generates copy-paste-ready React code from a simple prompt. The latest news is their acquisition of Tremor, an open-source React component library. Vercel says this move reinforces their commitment to open source.

Dropbox’ interactive brand guidelines
Remember Dropbox? They’ve just made a splash by publishing their brand guidelines as an interactive web experience. I’m a big fan of public-facing brand identity pages from larger companies—they’re less about strict rules and more about showcasing their commitment to a new identity. Dropbox takes it up a notch with interactive elements like adjustable color palettes that update visuals instantly and callouts in the Voice and Tone section with language tips. Definitely worth checking out.

Tailwind CSS releases v4.0
Good news for Tailwind CSS users: version 4.0 is here. This update focuses on performance and flexibility, with "full rebuilds" now reportedly 3.5 times faster. For a complete breakdown, check out Adam Wathan's blog post.

Get AI to work for you with ChatGPT Operator
OpenAI launched ChatGPT Operator, available with a Pro plan in select countries. Operator lets ChatGPT act as a proactive assistant, completing tasks like creating calendar events or booking tickets based on your input. Some steps, like payments or preferences, still need your input, but it’s a major step toward making ChatGPT a true assistant.
